For this building in Egaleo, originally constructed in 1963 and with a two floor addition in 1977, authorization for modifications was requested. This included the modernization of the façades without the alteration of its industrial character, the interior design and the necessary-use alterations. Contributions included: the creation of two shelters which highlight the two main entrances of the building, an installation of aluminum blinds on all existing openings, so that in addition to shading, the horizontality and industrial character of the building is emphasized. The architectural plans were designed in co-operation with the office of Nefeli Capon and Matthaios Pergamian.
