The plot on which the maisonette is located has a steep incline towards the street which is tangent to its façade. For this reason, the entrance is located towards the underground parking, while also providing uninterrupted views of Athens and Piraeus. Earthy tones and a stone coating incorporate the appearance of the building. The integration of all levels, with an internal lift and the large interior spaces, make it all the more comfortable to reside in a home which is built on a small plot of 160sq.m.
