FAUST BAR THEATRE ARTS – ATHENS

Building permits review for the building’s renovation from a store complex to a cultural events multiplex.

The building is listed as historical building in Athens; the renovation of the building into a multi-cultural event hall (cafe-bar-music, multi-purpose area), as well as the necessary – for operational reasons – spatial rearrangements, do not interfere with the original building. The façades are kept and the architectural and decorative elements are highlighted without affecting the original character of the historical building. The spatial design was largely based on the personal contribution of the owners, who have been involved for many years in the cultural and entertainment fields. The implementation study was undertaken by architect Apostolos Panos.
