High-rise residential buildings were a great challenge at a time when reconstruction was at its peak. In order to satisfy the functional and aesthetic needs of “future” renters/buyers, building designs were clean and simple forms of excellent construction. These projects define and complement the existing city scope in a functional and morphologically compatible manner. In all cases, these buildings were designed to have plenty of natural light with large openings and large balconies that extended the living room area to the outdoors.
