On a small plot of land, 140sq.m., our client was interested in creating his vehicle refinishing workshop on the ground floor, his waiting rooms and an office on the first floor, and a residence on the second floor. The building is designed with simple lines respecting the workshop’s intended functionality and the aesthetic of the surrounding area.
