Glyfada (license pending)

While considering a 40 year old, two-story /3 level structure, and our client’s wishes to add an additional floor, as well as to reconstruct the façade of the building, our propositions for this project included the static sufficiency of the intervention and modernization of the façade of this airy building. On the list included, moving blind systems and panels, calibrating the lighting and privacy levels, while at the same time integrating the internal space to the semi-open spaces. Wood is used in the new addition of the shared stairway section.
