Creation of topographic survey

In collaboration with a Surveying Engineer, we fully prepare a topographic survey diagram with the coordinating system EGSA ’87 for any kind of transaction/transfer/licensing.

Studies regarding the refurbishment of preserved or historical buildings

We develop architectural and structural designs for buildings that are listed as historical. For these special buildings we give emphasis on preservation of their history as well as on the necessity for their modernization and functionality.

Interior architectural design

We develop architectural designs for existing buildings (shops, houses, offices) where a refurbishment is required.

Building application studies

We develop architectural and static studies based on constructional plans in order to register or implement, in detail, any technical project.

Electrical and mechanical studies

In collaboration with a specialized mechanical/electrical engineering office, we develop any kind of electrical and/or mechanical study and licensing.
